General Notice of Disclaimer

I on behalf of myself and my family will not hold Portland Kannada Koota nor its office bearers nor the function organizers responsible for any damages I or my family might incur before/during/after any of the function organized by the Portland Kannada Koota.

If my family or I do any damage(s) to the premises, or to the function participants or anything concerning Portland Kannada Koota, before/during/after the Portland Kannada Koota functions I will be solely responsible for the damage. I will not hold Portland Kannada Koota or its office bearers or the function organizers responsible to pay for any of the damages. I will take the sole responsibility of the damage and make it good.

I also understand all Portland Kannada Koota functions will have food served as part of the function. If after consuming the food, if there is any untoward happening to me or to my family I will not hold Portland Kannada Koota or its office bearers or the function organizers responsible. The entire medical and any other expenses will be my own responsibility.

I also understand photos and videos will be captured during all events and by attending those events, I give Portland Kannada Koota unrestricted permission to use and publish them as they see fit.

Either I or my family might be involved in organizing, cooking, cleaning, entertainment participation and other various activities of Portland Kannada Koota, I will not hold Portland Kannada Koota or its office bearers or the function organizers responsible for any damages either to me or to my family might incur. It will be my sole responsibility.

Venue specific Addendum: I shall not hold the official s of the venue where Portland Kannada Koota function is being held nor their office bearers to any damages that I might incur during my participation in the Portland Kannada Koota function. It will be my own sole responsibility whatsoever.

I have read and understood the above notice and abide by it complete without any exceptions. My accepting this Disclaimer holds good as long as I participate in any of the Portland Kannada Koota activities.

By giving my email address voluntarily to the Portland Kannada Koota organizers and participating in the activities organized by Portland Kannada Koota I have accepted the General Notice Disclaimer of Portland Kannada Koota.
