Based on previous event's feedback from our Koota members, we are changing the cultural entertainment programs this year. We are restricting cultural entertainment to three hours. We are splitting our cultural events between Yugadi and Deepavali. We will have vocals, instrumental music, orchestra and 2 skits for Yugadi. There will be no dance events due to stage restrictions.

Generic guidelines

• Each participant is limited to one performance
• Here are the categories –

• Please register from now through March 19^th 2016 until 3:00 PM.
• If all the programs registered together cross the total time limit (3 hours), we will be doing lottery pick for the programs in each category, which will take place on March 20^thpublicly (Starbucks @Bethany, 4:00 PM). In such a case, we will notify all by email on March 19^th by 8:00 PM.
• Note: If any additional equipment other than standard equipment offered at the facility is required for any program, participants/mentors will be responsible for arranging them.
